Is an amino acid that has many different functions in the body, and the most important are building a strong antioxidant glutathione as well as hair, nails and skin protein – keratin. Noteworthy are other confirmed properties of L-cysteine ​​- it can be helpful, among others in inflammatory diseases, male infertility, allergies, bronchitis, problems of the immune system. It also has a cleansing effect.


Is an amino acid necessary for the synthesis of nitric oxide (II) NO, which dilates blood vessels and reduces their viscosity. It improves the immune system, physical fitness, functioning of the pituitary gland, wound healing.

Taurine also has activity in the retina, more precisely in situations of damage, and also has a positive effect on patients with epilepsy.
