Vegetable proteins (feed)

Components for the feed industry

Potato protein

Is obtained from potato cell juice by thermal-acid coagulation, separation and drying. It has a high protein content of about 80%, of which digestible protein accounts for over 70%. Potato protein has a very favorable amino acid balance with a high content of lysine, methionine, threonine and tryptophan. Potato protein is a valued component of compound feed for animals as a replacement for proteins of animal origin or a replacement for soybean meal.

Brewer’s yeast

They are obtained in the process of drying yeast slurry as a by-product of beer production. Brewer’s yeast is a source of highly digestible protein, about 45% content, also has a high nutritional value due to the content of lysine, threonine, and B vitamins as well as vitamins A and E. In addition, brewer’s yeast is distinguished by its palatability and aroma encouraging the animal to more feed intake

Guar meal / meal

It is obtained as a by-product from the production of guar gum. Obtained from the seeds of the Cyamopsis tetragonoloba plant, commonly named Guar. Guar meal is a source of protein, about 50-60% content and is characterized by high digestibility, about 82%. Guar meal is a good component of animal feed affecting animal growth as well as increasing appetite and improving digestive processes.

Corn meal (Corn Gluten Meal)

Corn gluten is a by-product obtained during the production of corn starch. It is a valued source of protein, it also contains a significant amount of lysine and methionine. Corn gluten meal is used in feeding pigs, cattle and poultry. Corn gluten meal contains at least 60% of protein (in dry mass)

Vital wheat gluten

Wheat gluten is obtained as a by-product of wheat starch production process. Wheat gluten is a good source of protein and other nutrients which allows for wide use in the production of animal feed. In addition, wheat gluten has a high digestibility comparable to that of poultry protein

Sunflower oilcake

Is a very good source of protein (about 22%) and contains a significant amount of fat (about 10%). Sunflower oilcake also contains large amounts of organic phosphorus, sodium, calcium, sulfur and significant amounts of B vitamins and beta-carotene. Sunflower oilcake is also characterized by a high content of crude fiber (approx. 18%), which in high concentration is necessary element in feeding ruminants

Rapeseed oilcake

Is produced from deoiled rapeseed. Rapeseed oilcake is characterized by a large amount of protein and it is excellent it is source of energy. The protein content is around 33% and due to the high fat content, linseed oil cake is not only a source of energy but also contains the necessary unsaturated fatty acids needed for proper growth and development of animals. Rapeseed oilcake can be used in feeding all age groups of cattle

Soybean oilcake

It is a high-protein product obtained from the soybean oil pressing process. Soybean cake is characterized by high energy and protein content (around 44%). This product is also a source of a large amount of minerals and vitamins. Thanks to its excellent bioavailability, it is widely used for feeding pigs, cattle, poultry and other farm animals. The soybean oilcake of our offer is 100% GMO-free
