Rice starch

It is manufactured by grinding of white or brown rice seeds. Rice starch is a gluten free product which can easily replace wheat starch. This product is characterised by high level of fiber which makes it a suitable product for people with constipation problems or with high level of cholesterol. Rice starch is also rich with B group vitamins, magnesium, iron and zinc.

Wheat starch

It is a product obtained from wheat seeds by multiple grinding, separating and washing out. Thanks to its high capabilities of water binding it is widly used in food production.

Wheat starch has a good impact on food products texture, also improves stability of ready products during storage and thermal treatment. Wheat starch is used for meat processing, bakery, canned food, food concentrates. It can be also used for gluten free food production.

Pea starch

Thanks to its thickening and self-raising properties is being widly used in food processing industry. Pea starch has application in meat processing, vegetarian products, fish processing, bakery, production of soup and sauces, sports and gluten free foods.

Potato starch

Thanks to its thickening and self-raising properties is being widly used in food processing industry. Potato starch is being used in bakery, soups and sauces production, jelly and pudding, pasta and food concentrates.

Tapioca starch

It is derived from cassava, plant growing in warm climate, which is simillar to potato. It is produced by grinding of cassava, squeeze out the juice rich in starch and evaporating water of it. Tapioca starch is used as a thickening agent, it is gluten free and allergens free product. Thanks for its properties tapioca starch is used for a production of vegan, vegetarian and hypoallergenic products.
